This new vision testing system helps our doctors to detect vision deficits, including glaucoma, macular degeneration and other neuro-visual disorders earlier than traditional vision tests. This test also allows us to manage and monitor a wide variety of ocular and systemic conditions with greater ease and accuracy.
The Diopsys® NOVA-VEP determines how the eyes communicate with the brain better that any other in instrument or vision test can do. Our doctors are able to compare tests over time to track disease progression. This test does not rely on a patient’s response so the results are not affected by the ability of a patient to perform a test.
